Ryan was absolutely awesome to work with. No matter what time of day or night I had a question Ryan was very responsive. Ryan's knowledge of the market and what I could afford was spot on. The low supply and the need to move quickly in today's real estate market have made it very challenging. Fortunately, I had an agent who was up for the challenge. I saw this house that looked like it was being remodeled for a future sale which appealed to me. I called Ryan who could get nothing from the contractor on who the seller was. He figured it out on his own and got the inside story anyway. I walked by this house each day to check on the progress and when the realtor box was on the door, I gave him a call. It was a great experience! Ryan was always made sure we understood every part of the process. He would even take time out if his day to come explain in person.
